Does anyone have any idea when Magpul is going to produce a QD push button sling attachment for the ACS?

Im partial to the CTR for the time being, because the ACS is not in FDE :)

I used to have 3 CTR's and now I have one and it is being stored for later, not running any at this moment. I had never used a sopmod style stock before until I purchase my RRA Operator stock for my RRA Elite Comp. Shortly after they released the ACS. I love it! With the optional extended butt pad I am able to run it completely collapsed and the LOP is perfect for me. I am even putting one on my FN Shotgun. I like to have similar if not the exact feel to my weapons if possible.....

I'm not voting yet. I haven't handled the ACS. But that's a hard question to ask. They both are excellent stocks.

I prefer the CTR but then again, I have not handled the ACS yet. As far as looks, I still like the way the CTR looks though...LOL!

Got my QD mounts for my ACS stocks and I must say I am not impressed. I am still trying to figure out why they just didn't inset them in like the CTR so they would be ambidextrous and not look like they were an after thought. They will work but I expect more from Magpul I guess. So I would have to say a big  .

Bummer. I have an ASAP so I don't even utilize the QD cups on the CTR I have. Other than that, how are you liking the ACS itself?

I love the stock! It is the best feeling one I have ever used, I just don't like the way the cups are mounted. I expected they would be one on each side, one with a female end and one male and would screw together. Instead you get one cup and an allen head bolt. It just was not what I expected so I was a little let down. I will get over it soon enough though...... :allright:
