Pretty sure even in the rain I could be up there in under an hour!! Looks great!

I make those all the time after seeing them a year or so posted. But I add a garlic clove instead of onion I never was much for onions and with garlic in them I am not sure I have ever had anything that tastes as good as these roll ups do. I have done them with deer loins also and OH my god don't get any on your hat your tounge will suck that thing right in your mouth!
