SC BBQ is "ok"... I mean, I like a ham sammich with mustard as much as the next guy...
BBQ is more about the meat than the sauce. Take Texas for example. They don't even have BBQ there, they have chopped steak with ketchup on it out there and believe it's the best in the world. HAHA.

I keep hearing about this Sweet Baby Ray's, but apparently here in the birthplace of BBQ, it's not allowed LOL!
